It began in a kitchen in Rustenburg

Fat Belly Buster was born the way most real things are — out of a need. We were tired of wellness that came wrapped in confusing labels, imported price tags, and promises that never matched the bottle. So we went back to what our grandmothers already knew: that the plant world holds real power when you respect it.

We started blending by hand. Hibiscus for circulation and glow. Ginger and cayenne to wake the body up. Cinnamon, cloves, bay leaves, black pepper and dehydrated lemon to round it into something you actually look forward to drinking. Eight herbs, one ritual, zero shortcuts.
